This Creamy Caramel Apple Toffee Dip is a quick, no-bake dessert that comes together in about 10 minutes. It’s rich, sweet, and balanced by the tang of cream cheese and the tart crunch of apples, making it perfect for fall gatherings or a cozy night in.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup caramel sauce
  • ⅓ cup brown sugar, packed
  • ½ cup toffee bits
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of sea salt (optional)
  • Assorted apples for dipping (Granny Smith, Honeycrisp, or Fuji)

Instructions

  1. Soften the cream cheese: Take the cream cheese out of the fridge at least 30 minutes before starting. If in a hurry, microwave in 10-second bursts until soft but not melted. Cut into cubes for faster softening.
  2. Beat the cream cheese: In a medium mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer on medium speed until smooth and fluffy, about 2 minutes. Scrape down the sides halfway through.
  3. Add the brown sugar and vanilla: Add the packed brown sugar and vanilla extract to the cream cheese. Beat on medium speed until fully incorporated, about 1 minute. The mixture will look slightly grainy.
  4. Fold in the caramel sauce: Pour in the caramel sauce and beat on low speed just until combined. Do not overmix; you want ribbons of caramel running through the cream cheese.
  5. Stir in the toffee bits: Use a rubber spatula to fold in half of the toffee bits. Reserve the rest for topping.
  6. Chill (optional but recommended): Transfer the dip to a serving bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up and let flavors meld.
  7. Top and serve: Just before serving, sprinkle the reserved toffee bits over the top and add a pinch of flaky sea salt if using. Arrange apple slices around the bowl and serve.

Notes

Room temperature cream cheese is essential for a smooth dip. Use a thick, jarred caramel sauce (not squeeze bottle) to avoid a runny dip. For extra flavor, toast the toffee bits in a 350°F oven for 3-4 minutes. Slice apples just before serving and toss with lemon juice to prevent browning. The dip can be made up to 2 days ahead; add toffee topping just before serving. Not recommended for freezing.
