A simple, no-bake dessert combining creamy cheesecake filling, crunchy graham crackers, and fresh red, white, and blue berries. Perfect for summer parties and patriotic celebrations.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 12 ounces whipped topping, thawed
  • 2 cups graham crackers, crushed
  • 1 ½ cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • Optional: white chocolate chips or shaved white chocolate for garnish

Instructions

  1. Rinse the strawberries and blueberries under cold water. Hull and slice the strawberries into thin pieces. Drain well and pat dry with paper towels.
  2. Place the graham crackers in a food processor and pulse until coarse crumbs form. Alternatively, crush in a sealable plastic bag with a rolling pin until a mix of fine crumbs and small chunks forms.
  3. In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar with an electric mixer on medium speed until smooth and creamy, about 2-3 minutes. Add vanilla extract and mix to combine.
  4. Gently fold the whipped topping into the cream cheese mixture using a spatula, keeping the mixture light and airy.
  5. In a trifle bowl, layer about 1 cup of graham cracker crumbs evenly. Add about 1 ½ cups of cheesecake filling and smooth gently. Add a layer of strawberries, then a layer of blueberries. Repeat the layers once more, finishing with a final layer of cheesecake filling on top.
  6. Cover the trifle bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to let the flavors meld and layers set. Overnight chilling is ideal.
  7. Before serving, optionally sprinkle white chocolate shavings or chips on top.

Notes

Use softened cream cheese for smooth mixing. Be gentle folding in whipped topping to keep it airy. Pat berries dry to avoid watery layers. Chill at least 2 hours or overnight for best flavor and texture. Optional garnishes include white chocolate shavings. Frozen berries can be used if thawed and drained well. Graham crackers can be substituted with gluten-free crumbs or vanilla wafers. Dairy-free versions can be made with dairy-free cream cheese and coconut whipped topping.
