A quick and easy game-day snack board featuring soft and crunchy pretzels, creamy dips, savory meats, and fresh fruit. Perfect for grazing during the big game without the hassle of multiple bowls.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 large soft pretzels, warmed
  • 2 cups mini pretzels
  • 1 cup beer cheese dip
  • 1/2 cup honey mustard
  • 1 cup queso blanco dip
  • 6 ounces sliced salami
  • 4 ounces prosciutto, thinly sliced
  • 4 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, cubed
  • 4 ounces pepper jack cheese, cubed
  • 1 apple, thinly sliced (tossed with lemon juice)
  • 1 cup red grapes, washed and stemmed
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/4 cup spicy brown mustard
  • 1/2 cup dill pickle spears or cornichons
  • 1/2 cup mixed olives (optional)
  • 1/2 cup roasted and salted almonds or cashews

Instructions

  1. Warm the soft pretzels: Preheat oven to 350°F. Place soft pretzels on a baking sheet and warm for 5-7 minutes until soft and slightly chewy. Alternatively, microwave for 20-30 seconds.
  2. Prepare the dips: Transfer beer cheese and queso to small ramekins. Warm queso in microwave for 30 seconds, stirring halfway. Leave beer cheese at room temperature. Pour honey mustard into a small bowl. Drizzle a little honey over the beer cheese if desired.
  3. Slice the cheese and meats: Cut cheddar and pepper jack into 1/2-inch cubes. Fold salami slices into quarters or roll into cylinders. Tear prosciutto into rough strips.
  4. Prep the fruit and veggies: Slice apple thinly and toss with lemon juice. Wash grapes and leave on stems. Set pickles and olives aside.
  5. Arrange the board: Place ramekins of dip evenly spaced on a large wooden cutting board or serving platter. Fill spaces around them with warm soft pretzels near beer cheese, mini pretzels near honey mustard, and salami and prosciutto near queso.
  6. Fill the gaps: Add cheese cubes, apple slices, grapes, pickles, olives, and nuts to fill empty spaces. Leave breathing room. Fan apple slices for visual appeal.
  7. Add finishing touches: Drizzle honey over cheddar cubes or prosciutto. Sprinkle flaky salt over soft pretzels if desired. Place spicy brown mustard in a small dish on the side.
  8. Serve immediately: Best enjoyed within 30 minutes of assembly. Place board in center of table.

Notes

Prep ingredients the night before for quick assembly. Keep dips in separate ramekins to prevent sogginess. Soft pretzels are best warmed just before serving. The board is best eaten within 30 minutes of assembly. Leftovers can be stored separately: soft pretzels wrapped in foil at room temperature for up to 2 days; cheese and meats in airtight containers in refrigerator for up to 3 days; dips refrigerated for up to a week.
