A quick and easy no-bake chocolate chip cookie dough dip that’s creamy, sweet, and perfect for after school snacks or casual get-togethers.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Soften your butter and cream cheese by leaving them out at room temperature for at least 30 minutes.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and butter. Using an electric mixer on medium speed, beat until fluffy and smooth, about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Gradually add the brown sugar and powdered sugar, beating well after each addition until creamy but holding shape. If too stiff, add 1 tsp milk or cream to loosen.
  4. Mix in the vanilla extract and a pinch of salt.
  5. Fold in the mini chocolate chips gently with a spatula to keep them intact and evenly distributed.
  6. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and chill in the refrigerator for at least 20 minutes before serving.

Notes

Softening the butter and cream cheese is key for a smooth, creamy texture. Use mini chocolate chips for the best gooey bite. Chill the dip for at least 20 minutes to let flavors meld and texture firm up. If too firm after chilling, let sit at room temperature for 10 minutes before serving.
